Having been in the fitness industry for over 12 years and achieving some incredible results I have worked with enough men to understand what works and what doesn’t. I believe in keeping things as simple as possible in order to master the basics, which is always good enough to create positive results. Discipline and dedication is something I practice daily and something I pass on to the men I work with. I enjoy challenge and when challenge is present I step up to and do what is required and I see the same outcome with the men I work with.
I’ve also been on the other side and competed in a charity-boxing match, an SAS experience weekend and several endurance events as well as building a busy and thriving Personal Training business that delivered close to 200 sessions per week.
Things haven’t always been this way. Born and raised in Coventry I had no interest in health and fitness until I was 22. I started weight training to combat an illness that resulted in me becoming a skinny and frail 11 stone man that was not helped by my heavy smoking and drinking habits. I’ve also used fitness to help battle depression and anxiety at various stages of my life.
My drive and determination has been a major part of my success in both business and in my personal life. I have used these skills to attract a client base of individuals who wish to make a change to their current situation and I have the upmost respect to any client who takes on the challenge of change.
Get a bunch of dudes doing this together and it’s near impossible to hold them back. Fucking FIRE!!
