The Biggest Transformation

Having pictures that show the progress made are great and often a reminder that you are doing better than you think you are if you stick to a plan. However, the biggest transformation cannot be captured on camera.
Every pound of fat lost and every ounce of muscle tissue gained can improve confidence. If you work hard and earn your results then you learn fast that action and smart execution produces an impressive outcome. Taking action and seeing results is a great feeling that becomes a useful tool that you can take outside of the gym with you into every day life.
Look at the pictures. Who do you think is going to be more motivated and focused? The man on the left or the right? Which dude will have the higher capacity to handle challenge and the stresses of life more easily? Who will have more energy? Which dude is more likely to walk into a room with confidence? Which guy is healthier and more likely to live a longer and healthier life? Which is a better example to friends and family? Who is going to be the more creative businessman and better father and husband?
That’s the real transformation. The cross over between mental and physical is an obvious one. Not only can you improve your physique you can improve your mental toughness at the same time. I’m always confused as to why anybody wouldn’t want that. View it as self-development in all areas of life.
The simple truth is that if you want to improve your mental health starting with the body is a great choice. Looking at what you eat and drink is essential to feeling good.
